Between April and August 2015, the first line Managers of the organization developed a new Strategic Plan, which would involve all employees that conform Tanner. In this mission, the 4 strategic pillars on which future work is based are addressed: Speed, Performance, Growth and Customer, definitions that are born as a result of the sustained progress of Tanner, the diversification of our business and the challenges of responding to an increasingly demanding market.
Additionally, corporate values that guide us to achieve our goals were deepened: Transparency, Excellence, Teamwork, Passion and Meritocracy, arising from our high service standards.
This plan represents the beliefs and actions of our organization, being consistent with the culture we are promoting, strengthening our human talent every day in our job and positioning us as “the best financial services company in Latin America.”
